Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to
support a Federal client.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve issues escalated from Tier 1 support and work directly with
users for timely resolutions
Document and manage program/project activities while ensuring
performance metrics are met
Maintain proactive communication with customers and team members to
mitigate issues
Required Qualifications
4 years of relevant experience in managing end user IT support
services
ITIL Certification (preferred)
CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
Experience with BMC Remedy
Active Secret Clearance
