mission is to ensure timely delivery to patients. Your work will be
instrumental in bringing our cutting-edge cell therapy
manufacturing facility to life. Our life-saving treatments depend

will significantly enhance our capacity to provide transformative
cell therapy to those who need it most.The "Fine Print" - What
You'll Do
- Manufacturing Activities
- Execute cell therapy manufacturing activities such as batch
production, aseptic processing and technology transfer.
- Accurately follow manufacturing batch records (MBRs) and
standard operating procedures (SOPs) in accordance with current
Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline
operations, reduce deviations, and enhance product quality.
- Actively participate in maintaining a clean and organized
manufacturing environment (5S) to improve productivity and
safety.
- Documentation and Review
- Document all activities in accordance with Good Documentation
Practices (GDPs).
- Author and review documents including MBRs, protocols,
deviation reports, and SOPs.
- Technical Support and Collaboration
- Provide technical support for T-cell manufacturing process
changes and process validation.
- Participate in risk assessments, gap/facility fit analysis,
deviation investigations, change controls, CAPAs, and root-cause
analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Development,
Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Facilities, and Supply Chain to
ensure timely product delivery.
- Quality & Compliance
- Complete all training activities required to maintain quality
compliance.Skills and Experience We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field and 5+ years
of industry experience in cell therapy manufacturing.
- Excellent aseptic techniques and experience with cell
processing equipment is preferred.
- Ability to operate within a clean room environment.
- Adherence to cGMP requirements.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal

benefits.The base salary range for this position is $110,000 -
$120,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is
determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation
package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an
equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if
