Job Description:
A company is looking for a Jr. Email Operations Specialist to
join their Retention Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day operational tasks to support email marketing
programs
Analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing
insights and recommendations for optimization
Collaborate with team members to build and optimize email campaigns
and customer journeys
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in email marketing
Ability to set up and analyze results of campaigns, flows, and A/B
testing
Knowledge of integrations and dynamic content
Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, CheckoutChamp, or
PostScript is a plus
Understanding of marketing funnel and consumer behavior
patterns
