Moloco:Moloco is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior
Manager of Global Workplace Operations to lead our Workplace
Operations team across EMEA/Americas while supporting global
initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring our offices run
seamlessly, enhancing productivity, engagement, and connection for
our employees.Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Real
Estate & Workplace Experience, you will oversee workplace services,
space planning, employee experience programs, and operational
effectiveness across multiple locations. You will lead a team of
Workplace site managers and Coordinators, ensuring best practices
are shared and operational excellence is maintained globally.
Additionally, you will drive workplace strategy, optimize space
utilization, and shape long-term facilities and workplace programs
that align with Moloco's strategic goals.This role is based in our
Redwood City headquarters and requires in-office presence 4 days
per week to effectively manage operations, mentor the team, and
support our high-performance culture.The Opportunity:Regional
Leadership & Execution
- Oversee all aspects of workplace operations across Moloco's
Americas and EMEA offices, ensuring a seamless and engaging
employee experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management,
vendor coordination, and workplace services.
- Lead food and hospitality programming to enhance the in-office
experience.
- Partner closely with Real Estate, IT, Finance, Security, and
People teams to align workplace operations with broader company
objectives.
- Support the Senior Director of Global Real Estate & Workplace
Experience in shaping and executing workplace strategies across
Moloco's 14 global offices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Workplace site managers and
Coordinators, fostering a culture of ownership, service excellence,
and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate regular team alignment sessions to ensure goals and
objectives are cohesive across all offices.
- Define team objectives, set clear performance metrics, and
ensure alignment with company goals.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and drive operational
consistency across all global office locations.Operational
Efficiency & Workplace Programs
- Develop and implement workplace programs that enhance in-person
opportunities, employee engagement, productivity, and
collaboration.
- Analyze occupancy data, employee feedback, and budget
utilization to drive workplace strategy and optimize space
utilization.
- Plan and execute high-impact in-office events, including WE
Day, holiday celebrations, and engagement programs.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance across all workplace
locations, including emergency preparedness, and security protocols
and relevant policy design and implementation.
- Oversee operations in leased and serviced office locations,
ensuring consistent service and operational excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships for facilities maintenance,
catering, security, and other essential services.
- Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and
overall workplace performance.Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage the workplace operations budget for the
Americas/EMEA region, ensuring cost-effective solutions while
maintaining a top-tier employee experience.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service
quality.Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Engagement
- Deliver regular updates on workplace operations, project
progress, and key performance indicators.
- Advocate for resources and drive cross-departmental initiatives
to improve workplace experience.How Do I Know if the Role is Right
For Me?
- 10+ years of progressive experience in workplace operations,
facilities management, or real estate, with an emphasis on
multi-site management.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams across
multiple locations and organizational levels.
- A hands-on problem solver who thrives in an execution-driven
role.
- Strong ability to mentor and develop workplace teams, fostering
a culture of collaboration and service excellence.
- Skilled in workplace analytics, with experience defining and
tracking key metrics for space utilization and workplace
engagement.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, space planning,
operational improvements, and budget oversight.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth
environment.
- Experience with hybrid work trends and creating innovative
workplace strategies to support a collaborative work
environment.Location and On-Site ExpectationThis role is based in
our Redwood City headquarters and requires in-office presence 4
days per week to effectively manage operations, mentor the team,
and support our high-performance culture.Our Compensation And
Benefits (for United States Residents Only)In accordance with
various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of
the base pay for this role. The actual amount may be higher or
lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience,
knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive
benefits package.Base Pay Range:$157,600 - $236,400 USDMoloco
