FocusKPI is looking for a Senior Campaign Project Manager to
join one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company.The client is
looking for an experienced Campaign Project Manager to join the
Brand & Creative team, their diverse and vibrant internal creative
agency. As a Campaign Project Manager, you are the glue that keeps
the Brand & Creative team together, thriving and creating
best-in-class work.Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the
USDuration: 12 months contractPay Range: $50/hr to
$62/hrResponsibilities:
- Leading the planning, alignment, and delivery of multiple,
consecutive Brand projects from inception to completion, ensuring
they are set up for success, completed on time, within scope, and
aligned across the company.
- Developing detailed project plans and DACI's, defining project
scope, and R&R's across cross-functional teams keeping an eye
on creative output, consistency and team health.
- Coordinating communication across cross-functional teams,
including Creative, Brand, Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and
more to ensure shared outcomes, overall alignment and successful
project outcomes.
- Monitoring ongoing project progress, identifying potential
risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with
stakeholders, providing regular updates on project statuses,
creative updates, and addressing any gaps or issues that
arise.
- Overseeing the development and execution of brand programs that
support the company's strategic goals.
- Driving the creation of comprehensive program roadmaps across
Brand & Creative, aligning them with business objectives and
ensuring they deliver measurable results for their teams.
- Tracking program performance metrics, analyzing data, and
reporting on program effectiveness to senior leadership.
- Collaborating closely with Brand and PFM to ensure strategic
media planning and buying align with brand initiatives and campaign
goals.
- Partnering closely with their Brand Leads, CD's, Producers and
business leads that support all of their PMM business verticals,
acting as a strategic and operational partner.
- Focusing on operational excellence, aligning all parties
internally through each milestone.
- Being relentlessly positive, optimistic, and passionate about

work to happen.

with a proven track record of delivering work on time.
- Having deep project management experience across Design
functions (brand, product, performance, web, etc).
- Being an expert at building rapport and consensus amongst a
wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Having extensive experience working with Product Marketing and
internal Brand and Creative teams.
- Being quick on your feet and able to explain complex issues,
risks, and alternative solutions clearly and effectively.
- Having superior resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating,
and project management skills.
- Being adept with project planning (goals, budget, schedule, and
scope).
- Thriving in a fast-paced, global environment with a great deal
of autonomy.
- Being comfortable sorting through ambiguity and striving to
provide clarity for the teams you work with.
- Being an energetic and creative problem solver.
- Having expertise working on large initiatives across
timezones.
- Having extensive experience with project managing internal
projects as well as managing external agencies and production
vendors when needed.
- Having a deep love of storytelling that pushes creative
boundaries.Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of campaign project management experience inside an
internal Creative Agency and/or internal Brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a
related field.
- Marketing team preferably within a B2B technology
environment.
- Proven experience managing large-scale brand initiatives and
programs.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and digital
communications.
- Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of how to
achieve objectives while meeting an expected brand standard, a high
bar for aesthetic quality within set budgets and schedules.
- Experience directly managing work across local and remote
(distributed) design, production, and product marketing teams.
- Excellent negotiation skills with clients, peers, and
partners.
- Superior leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication
skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello,
JIRA) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
