problem solving and building customer relationships, you will play
a pivotal role in transitioning EVERY from pre-commercial to fully
commercial operations. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will
ensure that our customers are empowered and help solve their
challenges throughout the customer experience. Support delivering
value-driven solutions by connecting insights that enhance product
offerings and elevate our market strategy. You will collaborate
across teams to align our product development, marketing, and sales
activities more closely with our customers' needs, ultimately
driving our commercial operations' success.What you'll
accomplish
- Take ownership of commercial processes, including sampling,
supplier review & qualification, customer onboarding, and order
fulfillment, to advance opportunities through the sales
pipeline.
- Develop strong cross-functional communication channels with
marketing and business development teams to share customer insights
and align strategies.
- Create and implement customer success strategies to add value
post-sales.
- Optimize sample management by streamlining inventory,
receiving, packaging, and shipping processes.
- Improve order fulfillment efficiency and streamline supplier
qualification processes.
- Lead cross-functional reviews to align product development and
sales strategies more closely with customer needs based on gathered
insights.What you bring (required)
- Experience in B2B sales processes and managing customer data
via CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Strong project management skills, and experience with order
fulfillment and supplier qualification processes.
- Background in B2B ingredients or Food CPG supply chain is
highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for building relationships with customers and
delivering excellent customer service.
- A resourceful attitude, proactive problem-solving skills, and
the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.Nice-to-have (but not
required)
- Professional experience in B2B food ingredients or food tech
industries.
- Familiarity with precision fermentation or other advanced food
production technologies.
- Experience supporting marketing initiatives, such as
tradeshows, social media campaigns, and consumer insight

stations.Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000At EVERY, pay ranges are
subject to change and assigned to a job based on the
location-specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd
party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range
can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities,
